Balance Your Body Training is a monthly program that helps to strengthen supporting muscles, even out muscle imbalances, increase mobility, correct posture, stabilize joints, learn new movement patterns, enhance coordination and peripheral skills, and so much more.

THE 4 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

The 4 Week Transformation Program is designed to educate you on all the detailed information you'll need to achieve your fitness goals and provide you with the support you deserve. In addition to losing extra unwanted fat you build quality muscle in 4 weeks. You will learn simple yet powerful tools for long term success with a custom designed fitness training program, healthy nutritional tools, recipes, weekly one on one private meetings for guidance and support.

POST INJURY

Are you getting back from an injury can be difficult, which is why it is important to get a customized program. To receive the right treatment at the right pace for your specific injury. My program allows you to safely improve strength and performance with a blend of rehabilitation exercise physiology, stretching and corrective exercise.

While personal training programs are an investment, the fitness experience shouldn’t create more stress. Determine the appropriate budget to create the accountability you desire and the freedom and exercise and diet approach as well as the expertise

Joy personal training sessions are designed to meet your individual needs and desires. Unless you’re injured, you’ll rarely repeat the same action during your 60-minute sessions. All movements and results are tracked and analysed to improve the efficiency of your workouts. As you workout, Joy discusses your diet, any concerns you may be having, and activity outside of your personal trainer sessions in Florida and beyond. This is not a Cross Fit workout, so keep that in mind.
